Orange Calcite activates the Sacral Chakra, located at the center of the stomach where our emotions are processed. Just like food, emotions must be fully digested. This considered a lower chakra in the body because we do not want to act off our emotions. We want to transcend our emotions to place of compassion in the heart chakra and communicate them properly through our throat chakra. Orange Calcite is a powerful cleanser of negative energy and energizing stone. It helps to remove creative and sexual energy blockages. It provides a creativity boost which is very beneficial for working through suppressed energy and learning to alchemize it. Orange calcite helps assist in conditions associated with gut and digestion where a lot of emotions are held.

Recommend to hold in hands and charge with your intention. Carry with you daily and/or use during meditation practices.

Practice- When emotions start coming up and you are feeling overwhelmed, take a moment to allow yourself the space to process. Warm up a little oil (sesame, coconut, castor, ect.) and lay down, massaging your belly with the oil in small circles around your navel. Give yourself the love and compassion you need in this moment. Massaging promotes circulation and movement to help the emotions come further to the surface. Place the crystal over your belly button. Take some long deep breathes through the nose and as you fully release, visualize the pain body leaving you. Then visualize this crystal sending you healing light energy to your core. Keep practicing until you feel you have fully released the emotions, cry if you need to and then reach a space of calmness.
