Health Consultation
Together we review your health history, diet, lifestyle, concerns and goals. I use the ancient science of Ayurveda to identify imbalances, the state of your digestion and toxins in the body. I work to address the cause rather than treating symptoms. I provide an outlined treatment plan based on diet, lifestyle and herbal recommendations.
Initial consults typically last an hour and a half.
It takes time for the body to heal, we must work in layers. People cannot change everything at once. It is important to continue follow up sessions to achieve real results.

Herbs & Custom Formulas
Herbs are nature's medicine. Unlike pharmaceuticals that only silence symptoms, herbs work to harmonize the body and heal affected areas. With dedicated use and proper diet, many issues can be reversed. The body has an amazing capability to heal when we allow it. I work with organic Ayurvedic Indian herbs. Everything is 100% transparent, no fillers or fluff. My clients have more access to herbs by the ounce and custom made formulas. I have capsule formulas available in The Soul Natural Shop.

Through Source energy I locate these blockages and help release them out of the body, guiding you towards a place of compassion and healing. After our session, I hold space to go over what came up, provide you intuitive guidance and clarity.

These sessions are helpful for people looking to understand themselves better, find purpose and bring more clarity into their life and possible karmic patterns.
